More Christmas tat my girlfriend bought last year? Why yes!
In moaning news, I’m getting really irritated with my HD camcorder. It doesn’t reach enough of a wide angle and the autofocus is slower than a sloth on thorazine, but worst of all the microphone is right on top of the damn thing – which is directly under my face as I film. As a result it picks up ever breath I take and it sounds like I’m hyperventilating or something. But on the plus side the sound and picture quality are fantastic, and it was fairly cheap, so maybe I should just shut up.
(I did buy an external radio mic from Ebay for a few pounds. It sounds like I’m broadcasting from a wind tunnel. Possibly a review will follow.)
I’ve got LOADS of stuff coming in the new year. Another Poundland Special is imminent, my BBC Comedy Extra project should be released in a few weeks (announcement soon), I’m putting together another Terrible Old Games You’ve Probably Never Heard Of, and Trailer Club 70 is being completely rewritten for a relaunch. And that’s just early January. Corks!
